Jana Díaz-Juhl is a producer and a founder of La Panda, a production company offering international production services with emphasis in bridging the Spanish and U.S. film industries. Jana produced the L.A. love story Cry Now and CHIRLA’s Know Your Rights, a video about immigrant rights used by organizations countrywide. Other projects include the Latin Grammy Award nominated music video “Licenciado Cantinas”, La Santa Cecilia’s “El Hielo” and Aloe Blacc’s “Wake Me Up”. Jana is also director of operations of Ambulante California, a traveling documentary film festival. As for La Panda, it has co-produced Open Windows, produced 10.000 KM (of which Jana was a producer), and the documentary Next, among many other projects.
