Marcos Vergara del Carril is an attorney of the internationally acclaimed entertainment, technology and advertising practice group of Sheppard Mullin. He focuses on transactional entertainment matters, advising clients on all aspects of the development, financing, production, acquisition and distribution of motion pictures, television, and digital programming, music publishing, record label agreements, sponsorship and endorsement deals. He is working on such projects as “Club de Cuervos”, the first Netflix original in Spanish, Nosotros Los Nobles, “Camelia La Texana”, Kill The Messenger, 200 Cartas, and Hands of Stone, amongst others. Marcos has represented artists such as Ricardo Arjona and Diego Torres and has also published ¡Déjame hablar!, a book on freedom of expression and media consolidation in the U.S.
